Our inventory comprises almost 200 imported machining equipment and injection moulding machines, including well-known brands such as Makino, Fanuc, and Roders. Amongst these are CNC machining centres, slow-wire EDM, and EDM machines, as well as precision hydraulic injection moulding machines and electric injection moulding machines from Arburg, Zhafir, Nissei, JSW, and Haitian, with tonnages ranging from 22T to 1080T. We are able to meet the diverse requirements of our client base, offering a range of products to suit different needs.
SURINI has developed its own ERP, production and automation systems for complex secondary assembly and inspection of various products.
Lean and automated manufacturing is used to reduce costs, ensure quality and improve safety. Robotic arms are used on the production floor to help with operations, especially for remolding liquid silicone rubber and thermoplastic elastomer products and for moving products with strict appearance requirements.
